I just wanted to send you and the guys a big thanks for setting up the BRP fun ride. Even with the weather conditions, (or maybe because of them), I had a great time!!!

You guys really put on a top-notch event that had a bit of everything. My goals going into this were to ride a whole new area, meet new friends, (and riding partners), and generally have fun and you hit the mark on all three points!!

The dinner was great and the raffle was a ton of laughs, (I'm still telling people about it all), and you could really see in everyone's face what a good time they were having. Great stuff!!!

We're definitely putting Clear Creek on the schedule for a couple of visits a year and would like to be there again next December if you have your event again.

So just to wrap up, thanks again for putting it all together, and also say thanks to the Ramblers for me for their part in all this as they were great too!!

Take care!!

I’ll have to say I was “very” impressed with the Salinas Ramblers club. They have done a terrific job pulling together a “bunch” of terrific people to make the club what it is. The event was top notch as were all the participating vendors. Where else can you get a chance to ride 08 high end Enduro models at one of the best riding areas in California? I don’t think it could have been any better to be honest. Thanks to all the folks that put in the hard work for he great time! My only wish would be for more District 37 folks to participate. I think they really missed out on a great event and a chance to see a great club at work.

Biggrin Those pics of Clear Creek are Great! We used to ride about every weekend during the late eighties/early nineties. We had some killer parties with lots of night riding, camped mostly at Alpine. Anyone know Johnny Schoenfield?(I think thats how its spelled)
